[scribus] Importing PDF file

I doubt that, since I take it that Scribus links to the PDF (as it
does with images) and during export only the shown page is passed on
to the resulting PDF (at least if the imported PDF gets rasterized,
not sure whan happens if it gets embedded as PDF).
