[scribus] Paragraph Justification

THAT is the case I was trying to remember!  I too have used force justify in both Word and Scribus because when you have multiple paragraphs, some multi-line and others single-line, it usually looks better if both the left and right margins are aligned for all paragraphs.  When a single-line paragraph is short, normal justify looks better, but when it's just a bit short of a full line, then force justify looks better.
