[scribus] Italic Text when using Scripter

you have to do it manually for now.

the scripter 2 which will be soon integrated into 1.5svn will support
it. but the 1.4.x series will probably never do...

"sadly", i've never said that you will be able to do it with scribus
soon, but that scribus will have it soon...
