Mmm... I'm genuinely puzzled. What you are literally saying is that
the fact that many people complain (which they didn't do, by the way,
and not so many, in fact) is not encouraging. Logically when many
people complain (again, which they don't do), usually it's a call to
analysis and subsequent action, not childish defensive stance that ale
took. Perhaps you meant something else?
Just to clear things up: some of those "many people" actually
contributed part of the existing iconset in the past (6 or 7 years
ago) and brought the question of the iconset inconsistence up in the
devel mailing list a year ago, then repeated that on IRC few months
ago only to get another childish defensive stance (from same person)
with a claim "we actually have people who are ready to work on that".
Now, I'm happy that someone actually bothered to take care of that and
I will help getting as much attention to the contest as possible, even
though I feel extremely reluctant to exposing people to a team where
the loudest member cannot deal with constructive criticism like a
grown-up person.
