[scribus] cover builder milestone is released

Milestone 1 of my cover builder script is now available for download at
SourceForge.

This version adds support for the Color Case (hardbound color interior)
format at LightningSource.

 As before, this is released in the spirit of "release early, release
often".  It is rough and ready, alpha status, helpers more than welcome.
