[scribus] Save As Image : I can't find TIF or JPG options on 1.4.0.rc6 for Mac

yep, probably the .dgm has ben compiled without libjpg...

for now, you can always produce a pdf or a png and batch convert the
resulting images to jpg...

craig will probably be reading this and fix the issue for 1.4...
