[scribus] glitch in svg export.

When I save a file from Scribus in .svg format, normal text saves
fine. But if I save outlined text the outline color takes over the
text. 

Tested Scribus svg output in Inkscape and Firefox. The same error
occurs. 

The cure it to convert the text frame to outlines. The
resulting svg file reads fine in Inkscape etc.
