I wonder where you got this idea from. Inkscape doesn't have render
frames, and 3D polyhedrom extension works differently: while it does
render things, you cannot re-edit settings again and see changes
applied to an already created onject, you have to render a new object.
Same for all the other extensions from "Extensions / Render" submenu.

Not render frames either.
