[scribus] Proposal for GSoC

Hi
I submitted a proposal on Scribus Project Manager. Please review it.

I need to discuss the User Interface of the Project Manager as the
UI should be consistent with look and feel of Scribus windowing system.

I created a discussion tab on wiki. You can write your ideas there or
discuss it on irc or mail me.
