Scribus 1.4.0 packages for amd64 and i386 architectures for the latest 
four Ubuntu releases and the three Debian branches are already available 
from our two repositories as the 'scribus' package. The 'scribus-ng' 
package will be transitioned to the 1.5.0svn branch soon.
