I'm with Joe on this point.  Importing text into the SE and applying
paragraph styles via the SE is MUCH easier than using the in frame
capability, IMO.  Like him, I do lots of italics and bold for the various
articles in my magazine and the SE make this easier as I don't have to
worry about doing anything to the layout while applying these styles,
whereas, doing it with the in frame technique, I find myself having to be
sure I have reselected the edit mode in the frame after I return from a
non-Scribus window and if I don't, attempting to highlight a string of text
may just move the entire frame as the edit mode has not been selected.
Limiting the possibility of too many actions in a given mode is not all bad.

Kudos for the 1.4.0 release!
