[scribus] Stable Enough

I have used Scribus 1.4.6 and the new 1.4 to produce A5 128 and 150 
page book with graphics.

The A5 with 150 I haven’t the graphics for that at present, that will 
be a test, however, I can do the work in two halves.

It has been quite stable, no major problems.
