Hi,

The joint LibreOffice/re-lab team has a quite solid beginning of a
libmspub library that reads Microsoft Publisher files and converts
them to readable file formats such as SVG.

You can help us by sending real files for testing. If you do so,
please tell us if it's ok to show rendering of a project in public, or
if it's private.

It will be up to Scribus team if they decide to reuse libmspub, but
LibreOffice Draw _will_ open your .pub files.
