[scribus] old style numbers - any fonts in the standard collection????

Not at all. According to the OpenType specs
<http://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/features_pt.htm#tnum>, the
Tabular figures (tnum) feature "will generally be the default, but
this cannot be safely assumed."
