[scribus] color wheel or color circle plug in?

I'll think about it. My thought was that people will most likely add
colors without thinking about it, by importing a page or object, and I
wanted to make sure that they understand this, rather than manually
making a bunch of colors they might easily import.

I haven't fully gone through all the articles in the section, but there
may need to be some rearranging/additions/deletions of material.

Probably. There are some things I don't like about the color wheel
material, but need to consider what to do.

I think it's rather disorganized for sure. It will take some time to
make this better as a section, so this is a work in progress. Some of it
has to do with trying to develop something of a consistent informational
style.
