I understand, Greg. However, I NEVER make copies of styles. In the
magazine, I have used the same style names with very limited modifications
for over 2 years. It's been over a year since I even modified a style.
However, there continues to appear new styles labeled "Copy of <some pre
existing style name>" appearing with each issue (magazine is a quarterly
publication). I usually delete all the copies before starting a new issue
only to find more in existence by the time the issue is ready for the
printer. So, in my case, it is NOT an issue of me making new copies, but
rather something Scribus does on its own. Scribus is not perfect but it is
darn hard to beat for the price!
