Yes, but on a mailing list it makes no sense. Adding [Solved] to a
subject will not change the subject of earlier posts. Those posts have
already reached the member of the list and reside in the e-mail
client. And it won't change the subject of posts in the archive.

In forums it's a whole different issue, because there you can change
the initial topic.
