Do you have a file graphite2/Font.h ??

Do you have graphite2 ?? On Fedora 17, yum shows;
graphite2-devel.i686 : Files for developing with graphite2
graphite2.i686 : Font rendering capabilities for complex non-Roman
writing systems

Search your package manager
