[scribus] How to build Scribus without CUPS?

Sure, i have installed it in /boot/apps/Scribus.
Here i have 3 folders: lib (which contains subfolder scribus and
subfolder plugins)
bin which contains scribus executable
share which contains documentation (and i can use documentation inside scribus)
