[scribus] Debian repository broken.

A thought...

 The only way that I can find to avoid receiving the 'No hash entry'
error with this Debian Scribus repository is to presume the package in
the  repository is source code (deb-src) only.
eg. in the sources.list file put:

deb-src http://...

instead of
deb http://...

So maybe there isn't a binary (deb) package available in this repository
only a source code package.

If this is true what's happened to the binary (deb) file as it used to
exist in this repository in the past?
