   Some experimentation taught me what works here -- ungrouping and treating
each cell as a separate text frame -- and allowed me to change column widths
and cell heights to fit the table contents. While more work than table-wide
formatting it does the job and, since the document will be the template for
each month's newsletter, taking the time to set everything once is worth
while.
