[scribus] Ubuntu 13.04 stalls during reading preferences

Hi Owen

Yes worth a try but didn't help at all.

It worked at home with Ubuntu unity theme. Wheras the problem i see is 
when i use Cinnamon on Ubuntu 13.04. I'll running Unity on here instead 
and see if its any better.

I also try qt5-deafult, but it made no difference
