[scribus] perspective and angling of fonts.

In Gimp, Inkscape etc. one can put perspective on
fonts, such as one might see when viewing a book
cover at an angle. The glyphs farther to the
right are smaller than those on the left for
example. Is there such a facility in Scribus?

In like manner is there a way to slant a font
backwards?  I am trying to create a picture of
a book on a book cover, giving a 3d effect.
