[scribus] TOC idea

I've just made my first TOC in Scribus, the manual on the wiki was a
great help. The idea to connect the TOC to items is good.
Up to now, the TOC refers to frames. In practice, it might be useful to
also refer TOC objects to paragraphs. If this could be done
automagically, it would be a great help for people who have to manage
changing headlines.
What I mean is: An attribute for paragraph styles saying "this is also a
TOC item [of level x]", with the TOC automatically collecting the
strings. The best solution would be refreshing the TOC whenever the
document is printed or a PDF made. The pre-printing dialog could have a
warning "there have been alterations to the TOC, please check before
printing".
The way it is done here is almost manual. So it is not such a big help
in workflow as I have to do more or less everything by myself.
Maybe I'm wrong and I've overseen other options?
