linguist is part of qt5-qttools package, the QT5 packages are quite new
in Fedora. You can see all of them at
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/search?match=glob&type=package&terms=qt5-*
Seems the maintainer forgot to push some of them to updates although
5.1.1 versions have been already built.
