You write "new computer", that makes me suspect that you have moved the SLA
to a new computer without moving the images. Scribus does not embed the
images in the SLA, it only includes a pointer to where they are. If you
need to move a SLA to another computer you should use Collect for output
(it will copy all images used in the document to a folder that you can
move).
