[scribus] creating a scripts repository and a script downloader

dear folks

i'm sure that you want to know how the sprint is going!

yesterday, i managed to create a script that fetches the list of files
from github and i can show a dialog through qml...

and i did some specification work on how the whole thing should work

now i'm stuck with getting the values trough from python to the qml
dialog. today is a new day!
