[scribus] Fillable PDF Form

Hello Scribus Users,

Using version 1.4.4 with Windows 7. Do I need to purchase additional
software in order to create a “fillable” PDF?

I created a form with several PDF text fields but after saving as a PDF and
opening that file, I get a message that I must click ”sign” to fill in and
sign the form.

 I do that, and fill in the text fields but “done signing” is grayed out.

I don’t want to “sign” the form, only fill in, am I missing something?
