You want to Insert Link Annotation - found on the toolbar.
With this create a rectangular space over the place you wish to click on.
Right-click this frame and go to PDF Options > Annotation Properties.
This brings up a dialog where you can choose to link somewhere else in
the current document, link to some other document, or create a hyperlink
on the web.
