[scribus] Size of printout

Ladies and gentlemen,
I am new with scribus. The program itself is no problem as I used to work as an typographer and I find your program quite indesign-like. Mostly I do jobs for friends and doing so, I encountered a problem printing out a CD cover. Whatever setup I try, the size of the printout is only 50%. Can you please help . Thank you in advance.
