[scribus] Repositories with the current .deb of Scribus 1.4.4

These are the repositories where you can find them.

 deb http://main.mepis-deb.org/mepiscr/testrepo/ mepis12cr test

Sorry I did not post a link when I mentioned it earlier, I was leaving to
go somewhere.
On looking closer the forum doesn't list the repositories like this so this
is less confusing if one is not familiar with the locations.
