[scribus] Tyro indexing program.

Years ago I put the tyro program on my website.
The first thing is to download the manual:

The instructions for downloading and installing
the rest are in the manual. 

I have not touched this project since 2004 or
thereabouts, so if things no longer work please
write me.

In the meantime I will print out the manual and
check for missing items online.
