Ok, let's consider it as a frame property. so i guess wand tool should copy this property too, unless we get objet style soon :)

amof its in the same subtab as "columns" and "inside margins"
so it is a frame property : a text frame property.

and images frames too ? along with horizontal positioning...
but i dont see/understand how it could act upon a single paragraph.
