We have had this request before -- there probably is a bug report about it.
You can insert Unicode in a frame with Ctrl+Shift+U, then the code.
This doesn't work of course with the Search/Replace dialog, BUT what you
can do is type out the Unicode characters, highlight, copy, then paste
them into the dialog and search.
