[scribus] solid in DTP tasks

I agree on this but to me the basic DTP tasks that needs care
are not Bézier curves - that's a feature for advanced users.

I'm more concerned with much more basics DTP features, like :
copy and paste (or import page) should not mess layout and styles,
undo endofparagraphe-delete should not mess  layout and styles,
text layout should not shrink in some special situations...
- just to mention some of the "most annoying bugs".

AFAICT The strategy of the dev team is different :
its to take the time it takes to do the job.

No fantasy here :-(
just real  :-)
limited but effective work.

Today, however, I'm a bit concerned with how this type of work will tackle
the basic DTP bugs (the one i mention at the begining of this mail)
that might require to dive deeper into the code.
