[scribus] a wiki page with a script using applyMasterPage()

If you recheck the wiki

you now find a new script with the following features:

* you can apply a Master Page to all, even, odd, or some other regular 
pattern like the 3rd out of every 5 pages, specified as '3/5'.
* you can also supply a list of pages to skip, entered as in 
assignMP.py, with numbers separated by whitespace, which might also be 
some range, separated by a hyphen.
