[scribus] Forthcoming Scribus releases

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to check the forthcoming releases. I'm glad 
that the tables function is getting an overhaul, as it will make my 
editorial life much easier. :-)

Nice to see the Properties Palette 
being modified, and I'm certainly looking forward to that calligraphic 
pen! 

But can some kind soul please confirm that the UI is getting a 
major overhaul and that 1.6 alpha will have no backwards compatibility 
with 1.4? 

And can someone confirm the release dates?
