Thanks for the link to your 1.5x dialog.

However, on my Winx64 1.4.5 install, that PDF Export/PDF X-3 selected 
"Color" tab has almost all selections greyed out, with Printer selected 
as default and greyed, and I can see no way to change or access the 
feature you offer.

Selecting Color Profile does not unlock that General/Output intended 
feature.

Neither does turning off or on the Color Management preference for the 
document.

I'll try installing 1.5x:

IMPORTANT: is 1.5x (Winx64) suitable for document prep for release to 
publishers, such as the journal advertising I need to submit?
