[scribus] 1.5 widows and orphans feature

I quickly tested this and I could keep the first 2 lines together by
setting "don't separate first lines" to *1* (set to 2 it keeps
together the *3* first lines and so on) but the "don't separate last
lines" definitely doesn't work.

This certainly warrants a bug report.
