Hey Anke,
It's great that you're motivated to create a workgroup. Motivation and
momentum are important.

The wiki does have a bunch of outdated info on it, especially the
proprietary content. It's also not so comfortable to work with. If you are
used to working with another medium to write tutorials perhaps you could do
that and someone in the Scribus community will port it to the wiki ? As far
as the forum? The scribus forums use simple machines, are you thinking of
using something else? It would be more community building if you used the
Scribus forums so that there would be more activity in one place and room
for 'crosspolination' of ideas.
