2 ways, assuming version you want is 1234...
1. svn co svn://scribus.net/trunk/Scribus@1234 s150
2. svn co -r 1234 svn://scribus.net/trunk/Scribus s150

Using the svn script that has worked for e a long
time, Is there a way to download an earlier
version by changing the svn call? That way those
of us who would like to continue using 1.5.0 on
an experimental basis to do so without waiting
for the massive slowdown to be cured. Here is
my script:
--------------------------------------------
rm -r /usr/local/src/s150
cd /usr/local/src
svn co svn://scribus.net/trunk/Scribus s150
cd s150
/usr/local/bin/cmake .
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr/local/scribus_svn
-DQT_PREFIX=./lib64/Qt/5.4/gcc/ -DWANT_SVNVERSION=1
make
make install
cd scribus
rm /usr/local/bin/scrib5
ln scribus /usr/local/bin/scrib5
