When not up to date, upgrade your maksvn script

As mentionned in the help (of the updated version)
there is a command line option to compile the 1.5 :
'maksvn 1.5'
or 'maksvn -1.5'
or even 'maksvn 15'
will compile the 1.5 "unstable" release
(NOT the 1.5.1 svn version)
