[scribus] Scribus 1.5.0 released, please don't use 1.5.1svn for productive work

I;m sure that if people would start uploading their builds to
graphicall.org it would also help testing a lot. Then also others that
do not build scrubus by themselves can test builds version easily.
Graphicall.org is especially designed just to do that.
