[scribus] Scribus 1.5 problem with footnotes

Hi Gudrun,

The unfortunate answer is that footnotes are not really implemented to
anyone's satisfaction at this point. I don't think there is any quick
solution. The quickest thing would be keeping them as endnotes, but I
realize that may not be to your liking.
