[scribus] workgroup for an RTL project

dear scribus community,

as you might have heard, very soon an educational project on the scribus 
code will be launched.

the project has two main goals:

- improve the scribus code to better support arabic scripts and
- teach arabic students how to contribute to free software projects.

from the previous communication i've been part of, i have the feeling 
that it would be useful to build a small working group acting  as a 
proxy -- as a collective reference person --  between the university 
organizing the project and scribus.

at least for the introductory part of the project, the working group 
would be there to answer the most simple questions and to give advice on 
where (or from whom) to get additional information.

it there is no objection on this idea, i would like to ask you if 
anybody would like to participate to the effort.
