There are two method to rotate illustrations: rotating image frame as
whole and rotating illustrations withing image frame.

Both method can be accessed within Properties (press F2 to show the
Properties)

To rotate frame (this work for any frame not only image frame) change
Rotation spinbox in X,Y,Z tab.

To rotate illustrations within image frame first expand Image tab in
Properties and then change Rotation spinbox there.
