It may be possible to run 1.4.6 and 1.5.0 simultaneously on Windows,
however I haven't tested with the installed versions. I doubt it, as
settings currently get saved in %APPDATA%\Scribus, meaning both version's
settings would likely interfere with each other.

However, if it's possible to adjust the settings location, I'll gladly
adjust Scribus Portable to do so, and also support running both
simultaneously.
