[scribus] scribus Digest, Vol 100, Issue 4

You can create a master page just like any other, and then in arrange pages you can drag the master page on top of your normal page(s).
I think the master page link is under the Edit menu. There is no shortcut for the master page. I am not on my laptop now so can't use it as reference.
