I would humbly suggest Scribus should not use the word "Window" in a
manner that won't be recognized by probably 98% of users. Makes the
learning curve harder. <G> I only learned that Alignment and
Distribution was there because I opened the Help file. I'd all but
decided Scribus didn't have it having already looked in all the more
logical menus.

But you can move the slider forward or backward to attempt to find what
you want.
