[scribus] Symbol ignored for text flow

Actually, it does seem to work like this, again once you apply your
symbol to some object for fill.

Go to Windows > Symbols, which brings up your symbols. Right-click on
them to edit, make your changes, click End Edit, and your changes are
applied wherever you have used the symbol. I see there are also a LOT of
settings for Symbols under its Properties (in Color Tab - Patterns), but
these seem to be object-specific and not applied to all objects using
the symbol.
